10/15/23 - Update
Hello Awana families!
We’ve officially entered Fall! How do I know that? Because I’m starting fires to warm the house in the morning and watching the beauty of God’s creation turn into vastly different colors all around me. Nothing says fall like a good cup of team, warm fire, and golden leaves everywhere!
A few updates and reminders for you for the coming weeks:
First – If you haven’t already done so, please join our Remind group, so you can see any short weekly updates that are sent out. We are using the Remind app to do the bulk of our communications this year, with links to relevent information as go. Many of you have joined already, but there are a few folks we’re missing.
Also – I will be sending out the first of our progress reports in the next few weeks, so look for those to help you understand where your clubber is in the material we are covering this year.

Below follows the original information shared during the opening weeks of our club. This information will be beneficial for many who are looking for additional resources throughout the club season!
Club Information & Resources:
This year, we are studying through the handbook titled, “Discovery of Grace”, of which you can find the scope and sequence HERE for reference. This will give you a good understanding of the material and relevant verses, which we will be studying and memorizing.
Some clubbers are still learning to read or learn to memorize verses more easily by listening to the verse audibly. If this is something that you would like to use with your clubber at home, please use this link to access audio files of the weekly verses! – Discovery of Grace - Scripture Audio
Some parents may want to incorporate time with their kids in going through the handbook and studying and working out the sections together at home during the week. We encourage this! There are some helpful parent pages that are a companion to the handbook that can be used for this. We have a lot of fun things planned for this year, including theme nights, special events, and T&T unique events – we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop as things get closer, so you can check your calendars and keep up to date with the schedule.
